How are the products packaged?
We have various types of packaging depending on the product. The majority of our products will be sent in padded envelopes of specific card mailing boxes.
How do we send you data for the individual addresses?
We require a full CVS spreadsheet file containing each individual address, including contact name and postcode. We will provide you with a template CVS file which you would then need to insert each individual address.
Which method do you use for mailing?
We primarily use Royal mail 2nd class. This allows us to keep the cost down.
Is tracking available?
Unfortunately we don’t offer tracking as this will increase the cost for each delivery. You can rest assured that we will send your order to every address on your spreadsheet. We have a 3 step progress in production to ensure that each address is allocated a label for delivery. We can also provide photographic evidence if required.
