• What does double sided print mean?
  Printing to the inside of the doors. single sided covers the entire outside of the calendar.
• What does from hard copy approval mean?
  When we receive artwork, we provide a PDF proof. The day this PDF file is approved (up to 3pm) we despatch a hard copy (printed) proof on Fedex next day. The hard copy approval date is the day this hard copy is approved by either yourself or your client – and our lead time starts from here.
• What other chocolates can you fill these with?
  We manufacture these using our own chocolate straight into the trays so there is no option to use other brand chocolates.
• Are they shrink wrapped?
  We used to offer shrink wrapping but found the heat application process can deteriorate the print quality, and this unnecessary step has a negative impact on our carbon footprint. We can offer our calendars packed individually into cardboard mailing cartons. please ask your account manager if this is required.
• Our client hasn’t had time to contract a designer for their calendar, what can you do to help?
  We can either offer our artwork services to tackle your design brief for a supplementary charge, or we can supply you with our free stock designs – which you customer can amend to suit their brand if they so wish.
• Can you send these out to our clients list?
  We do not offer a fulfilment service, we can only deliver in complete cases of 50. We can pack our calendars into robust cardboard mailing cartons, individually, in order to save your clients a step.
• Do you offer individual personalisation?
  We do not have the facilities to print a unique name or message on every calendar. We can do multiple designs but they will need to be in full cases of 50.
