Product Panel Orientation Rules

Confectionery boxes, counter displays, and sweet wrappers are printed as single flat sheets but fold up into three-dimensional shapes.

How should text and artwork orientation be handled on templates?
To ensure your graphics print right-side up once the packaging layers are structurally folded:

Reading Template Text Guide Markers: Our templates feature clear pink text labels marking each separate structural segment of the layout canvas.

Handling Three-Dimensional Folds: The direction and rotation of those pink text tags indicate exactly which way up your design needs to be oriented on that specific panel.

The Design Rule: Rotate your graphic layers and text frames to perfectly mimic the angle of the pink label assigned to that segment. If you lay out all your text so it reads upright to your flat computer monitor, some text panels will display completely upside-down once the package is glued and assembled at our factory.
